About this role
E-commerce Assistant Schedule: 3 times a week (3-5 hours per shift)
- Pick up online orders.
- Prepare and pack.
- Assist customers promptly and professionally via email and phone.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to maintain a seamless online shopping experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience preferred (ZENDESK).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hard-working and organized with a passion for excellence.
