What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of the receiving date. In any instance where you wish to return an item, please note that the item must be returned in the same condition it was received and not worn.

Please keep in mind that the shoe box is part of the product and must also be sent back in perfect condition.

ZOMP reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the above conditions.  

How do I process my refund/exchange?

Can I get a refund on full-priced items

Yes, you are eligible for a refund if there's no amount taken off or promotion during your final checkout. 

Can I get an exchange for other style?

Certainly! If the exchanged item is lower in value than the original purchase, the difference may be put towards an additional product, alternatively the amount will be forfeit. No credit vouchers will be issued for the difference.

How many exchanges do I get?

You are only to get one exchange from your original order (online orders only).  

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
